About our products
Cavallini Papers & Co.
Founded in 1989, Cavallini has been dedicated to presenting authentic vintage imagery and producing the highest quality of gift and stationery products. Product designs originate from the extensive archives at Cavallini. The archives include a tremendous variety of images; among them are historical maps, antique botanical plates, 19th century anatomical charts, mid-century travel guides, advertisements, postcards and many other pieces of paper ephemera. Cavallini continues to collect beautiful imagery from the past that inspires fresh and exciting new products each year.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server. Sales tax will be added to all orders based on current applicable tax laws.
Shipping
Pomp & Posey ships orders within 2 business days via USPS First Class and USPS Priority package services, insured with tracking. Orders should arrive within 2-6 business day after shipping, weather permitting. We use recycled and recyclable shipping and packaging material whenever possible.

To include a gift note, please enter message into the "Need to leave a note or instruct ions?" box during checkout.
Cavallini & Co. Replacement Puzzle Pieces
Please take (1) closeup picture of your completed whole puzzle & (1) closeup picture of the area with the requested piece(s). Puzzle piece will be ordered and shipped to you upon receipt of delivery from Cavallini & Co.
Damaged Items
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, packages are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you contact our customer service department within 5 days of receipt. Please email us detailed pictures clearly showing (1) the damaged product (2) the damaged shipping tube, package or box and (3) the packages shipping label. We will file a USPS insurance claim on your behalf submitting your images as well as our footage of your order from the packing and shipping department. Please retain all items and packaging, including the shipping package as it may be required to be presented to your local USPS branch in order to complete the insurance claim. This process usually takes 1-3 business days to settle a claim.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
At Pomp & Posey, we take great pride in the quality and craftmanship of our product collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide you with a no hassle merchandise refund within 30 days of receipt. Personal care and fragrance products are non-refundable, non-returnable & non-exchangeable. Item(s) must be received in original resalable condition & packaging (which includes the original sealed cellophane). Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a package that was damaged in transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns and encourage you to pack and seal the items safely and securely, ideally in its original shipping packaging. We recommend using insured USPS with tracking. Returns will be processed within 3 business day of return receipt. Items returned more than 30 days after receipt of delivery will be shipped back to you upon your request and expense.
